I have not been very good at updating the blog this year. There have been several false starts for a big one. I have had several get to about the size of a basketball, only to find it mush the next day! But I think I have one that may make it. The vine is still in good shape for September. I still have about two months for it to grow and put on weight.

I'm excited to see your pumpkin when we come! And guess what...I'm actually growing something! I tossed out some lettuce seeds in the yard a while back and now I've actually got lettuce growing!
